I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in New Braunfels, and I’ve been supporting individuals and families for over 15 years. My work is rooted in creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported—without pressure or judgment.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale. A place where you don’t have to have the “right words,” where you can show up exactly as you are, and where we can gently make sense of what you’ve been carrying.
My approach is collaborative and deeply personalized. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, and work toward meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels manageable and aligned with you.
Hi, I’m Sarah.
Approach & Specialties
I have advanced training in both trauma and perinatal mental health, and I often work with women navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional complexities of motherhood.
As a Certified EMDR therapist, I help clients process and heal from past experiences that may still feel overwhelming or unresolved.
As a Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C) clinician, I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the many challenges that can arise during this season—including anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, and birth-related experiences.
Whether you’re coming to therapy with something specific or just a sense that something feels “off,” we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.
